The Health Fund is pleased to begin offering a new suite of services to our Participants. All of these benefits come at no cost to you, and cover preventative services for a wide variety of ailments and conditions.
Virtual Checkup Home Kit
With your busy life in mind, the Health Fund has provided you with the opportunity to receive a VirtualCheckup® from Catapult Health. You’ll get deep insight about your health and specific advice tailored to you with an easy-to-take, at-home checkup. It’s a simple, yet comprehensive preventive health checkup that you can do in the comfort of your home, on your schedule.
Cancer Early Detection Test
Early detection is crucial in improving cancer outcomes and many cancers go undetected until it is too late. The Galleri Test is a revolutionary early cancer detection test that screens for a signal shared by over 50 types of cancer! It can detect potential cancers early, before symptoms even appear. Eligible participants include those aged 50 or older, or 40-49 with certain at-risk factors.
Cancer Diagnosis Support
MARCC Health Fund partnered with CancerNavigator to ensure that members with a cancer diagnosis have the support they need. CancerNavigator’s dedicated Oncology Nurse Navigators can answer questions members may have related to a suspected or confirmed diagnosis, and can provide education and guidance at every step.
Recovery Support Service
Manifesto Health provides on-demand peer support, recovery coaching, and peer-led care navigation to members and their dependents. They offer return to work support for carpenters in recovery, providing hands-on support as they face the unique challenges of retuning to wok while maintaining their recovery efforts.
